Sublimation Technology

We use only the sublimation transfer.

Sublimation transfer is much more better than the wax thermal transfer papers. The wax thermal transfer papers use heat to transfer on the surface of the t-shirt, resulting in a transfer that can fade, crack, discolor and may be washed under special conditions.

Sublimation transfer is a heat release dye that is incorporated into various types of printing inks. When the dye on the transfer page is heated, the dye becomes a gas and penetrates beneath the surface coating to the substrate of the item we are imprinting. Sublimation gases within the surface will revert back to a solid state and remain trapped within the surface of the product indefinitely. Much like a tattoo, the image is below the surface, protected from the elements that could cause a decal to scratch, fade or peel. This is what gives a sublimation imprint its uniquely deep and awesome look. There is absolutely no feel to the print since the ink has penetrated beneath the surface.

This technology enables us to create full-color, photo-quality graphics onto a variety of substrates: T-shirts, caps, mugs, ceramic tiles, metal award plaques, puzzles, gift items, plastics and many other items. Only sublimation can be used to imprint metal award plaques, signs, ceramic mugs and tiles, various plastics and numerous other products.
