Ordering information

Ordering online: It's the simplest and fastest way to order. We accept payment with paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to buy by credit card. PayPal enables you to pay without us ever seeing your bank account or credit card numbers. It's safe, free and secure.

For your customized gifts: If you have a graphic stored in your computer, you can send it via e-mail as an attachment. In your e-mail address, please include your PayPal Transaction ID (or the names on your order form if you order by mail) so we can match the graphics with the payment and know where to send the finished product.

The formats accepted are JPG, GIF and BMP.

You can send your artwork via mail too. We will prepare artwork for sublimation.

For your personalized Tee-shirt: Tell me how big you want the graphic on the shirt (artwork can be sized as big as 12x17)

Copyrighted material : Copyrighted material CANNOT be reproduced.

Divine Images does reserve the right to refuse service in any instance  the Company finds, at their sole discretion, the picture to be objectionable or offensive.

Shipping and return

We Ship 1-3 Days After Payment.
1 shirt -parcel post first class.
2- 19  shirts-US. Postal Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery in lower 48)
20 or more shirts may go UPS Ground

Return Policy

Other than Defective Shirt, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

NO REFUNDS after ten days. Refunds will be issued ONLY for the reason below.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the T-shirt ( defective shirt or design) you may return it for a full refund with the following stipulations:
(1) You are responsible for the return postage(postage refunded if found defective)
(2) The T-shirt must not be washed, abused, or worn, other than trying it on for size.
(3) You must notify us of your intent to return the T-shirt within five days of receipt.

The same conditions are requested for the other products. A broken or damaged coffee mug will be replaced.

Divine Images knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust and want you to feel confident in our services and security as it relates to your personal information. We do not sell, lend or trade any personal information about our customers including their e-mail address.
